This year, the final of the English Speech Contest took place last Saturday, July 11, 2020 and involved fifteen candidates who reached the final stage out of hundred candidates who started with the preliminaries before COVID-19 in Togo resulting in the schools closure. The aim of this contest is to spark students’ reading aptitudes, promote the English language with a focus on public speaking and address students’ speaking challenges. The contest took place in this hard time in the strict respect of barrier measures. Thanks to you all for your support. We express our special gratitude to #BooksForAfrica for the prizes.
